Refund Request Timeline (STRICT)

All refund or replacement requests must be reported within 1 to 2 days (24–48 hours) after the order is received.

Requests submitted beyond this period will NOT be accepted, regardless of reason.

 


 

Refund Guarantee (Limited)

Refunds or replacements are granted ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is expired upon arrival

To qualify, the customer must provide:

  • Clear unboxing photos or videos taken upon receipt

  • Proof showing the shipping label and product condition

  • Original, unopened packaging

 


 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds and returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Child’s taste preference or refusal to consume

  • Claims of ineffectiveness

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier, weather, or force majeure

  • COD orders that are refused or returned to sender

Once approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–14 business days
